The Routes

The cycling roads are now marked with white arrows at all junctions showing the route for the Bike Routes.

Full race signage will be erected the day before the race.

 

MiniMAC Route: 20km
Trail Run: 3.2km - within the country Park with no major climbs

Road Bike: 16km - all on tarmac roads. See route here.

The BigMAC SPORT Run and Run 1 for MonsterMAC EXPERT will be 8km trail run with some testing climbs within the grounds of Millstreet Country Park. Click here for route description.

Monster Mac - Run 2 - Cross Musheramore - Change to previously advertised Route

 

 

The Kayak leg will be a short section within the crannog lake in Millstreet Country Park.

Once you have completed your kayak leg you will run to the Crannog and then have the option of a dash to the line yes
